Summary
- This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies, so no cookie banner is needed.
- Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own web space. No Google Fonts, Google Maps or reCAPTCHA are loaded.
- Videos (Vimeo) and 3D models (Matterport) are loaded only when you click on them.
- Visitor statistics use Matomo, self-hosted on our own IONOS web space in Germany. Page views and downloads are counted on the server only – no cookies, no script in your browser, nothing stored on or read from your device. IP addresses are shortened by two bytes before processing; Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected; raw data is deleted after 180 days (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- We run Google search ads without any Google script, pixel or cookie on this website. If you arrive via an ad, Google adds a click ID (e.g. "gclid") to the address. It is passed on only in the address of the next page and is not stored. The contact form then shows an optional checkbox: only if you tick it is the click ID submitted with your enquiry and shared with Google together with the time of the enquiry – without your name, email or message – to see which ads lead to enquiries (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future by email to mail@felsch.de. If you do not tick it, the click ID is not sent to us or to Google; we only learn that your enquiry came from an ad (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Google processes the data as an independent controller; transfers to the US rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
- The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Montabaur, Germany. Server logs are deleted after eight weeks.
- Data from the contact form is used only to handle your enquiry.
- Online appointment booking runs on Microsoft Bookings, an external page that opens only when you click the booking link. We process your name, email address, chosen time and any notes to arrange and hold the call via Microsoft Teams (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Booking data is stored in our Microsoft 365 calendar under a data processing agreement with Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. See the Microsoft privacy statement.
